Most  forms of insurance are accepted at Rehab In Motion and Physical Therapy, Ltd.  As our list of contracted insurance providers is growing, please check frequently with us. Questions regarding insurance and billing policies can be directed to our Office Manager at (708) 535-6100.

Verification

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your care.  We verify your insurance coverage prior to initiating care, and we will submit bills to insurance companies. However, we encourage you to contact your carrier directly and obtain verfication as well.  All office visits should be paid in full on the day of the visit unless you have provided us with insurance or other billing information. We accept cash, check or Visa/Mastercard/Novus(Discover). We are also happy to set you up on a payment plan.  Please call your insurance to see if we are an in-network provider.  If we are not in your network, please let us know.
